Terms (Short Description)

Animal Communication sessions are conducted by telephone. International calls will be conducted by Skype. Some Skype rates may apply. We will call you or contact you by Skype at the confirmed appointment time.

Reiki sessions are done as distance sessions, and no phone call is needed. We will simply begin the Reiki approximately at the appointed time. You do not need to be with your animal companion for the Reiki, but we do suggest that the animal's environment be calm so that they can receive the full benefit of the Reiki. At all times, animals are in charge of how much Reiki they take, it is never forced upon them - and this is communicated to them in a clear, loving, and respectful manner at the beginning of the session.

With our convenient and easy to use scheduling system, you can schedule an appointment for the date, time and length of your choice and make a payment with your credit or debit card. Just click the Schedule button. Your appointment can be made and confirmed within minutes. We use Square as our payment system, which requires a credit card for payment.

Emergency Consultations:

I am not curently available outside of my regular session hours. However, if you are in need of an emergency session, please consult the directory of animal communicators at Animal Talk Net. Please note that I cannot personally vouch for the work of other animal communicators listed in the directory.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Your scheduled consultation time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please give us 24 or more hours notice so we are able to fill your time with another client. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours and missed appointments with no notice will not be refunded. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled before 24 hours of the scheduled session will be fully refunded. See our full terms.

NOTE: Classes and workshops have a unique cancellation and refund policy as follows: All deposits for classes/workshops are non-refundable, but can be transfered to another workshop or used towards a session with your companion animal and Jonquil. The balance is refundable if you cancel 14 days or more prior to the start of the class. Your registration confirmation email will give you the exact date by which can cancel and receive your balance back (if the balance has been paid). If the the class or workshop is cancelled by Jonquil Williams, all deposits and payments would be refunded. Individuals who cancel their participation in a live class or online class may offer their paid seat in a class to a friend or other party. Original payment for that workshop seat will remain with Jonquil Williams.

Satisfaction and Refund Policy for Animal Communication Sessions - A Personal Note From Jonquil

I bring all the goodness of my soul, compassion, and skill to each session. During an animal communication session, I take time to listen, and to be present and empathetic with your animals and you to work for all of your highest good. I take time to communicate the information I receive clearly, lovingly, supportively, and without judgment. If there is any confusion from you or your animals, or if you have questions about the information received, please let me know during the session and I will take the time to clarify your messages to each other. If you are unhappy with the messages from your animals and/or are unhappy with the session in general, and if you make that clear to me during a session, I will be happy to end the session and refund the unused time on a pro-rated basis. If you are unhappy with the messages from your animals and/or are unhappy with the session in general, but do not communicate this with me until after an animal communication session, a refund will not be provided.

No refunds are provided for Reiki sessions that have already been given.

My goal is for you and your animal family to be helped by the services that I offer. However, no animal communicator can guarantee that a client will be pleased with what their animal has to say or how the animal feels. You may not agree with, like, or even believe what you animal is communicating. Professional animal communcators work ethically to communicate with our animal and human clients, but we cannot assume responsibility for the reactions you may have to your animals' messages.

Additionally, although Reiki can be beneficial to supporting the body's natural self-healing abilities, no Reiki practitioner can guarantee that it will help improve the quality of life for any animal or human. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical or mental health condition. Reiki, Animal Reiki, and/or animal communication are not a replacement for qualified veterinary care.

Follow Up Sessions:

Because my schedule is limited, I am not available for informal, unscheduled follow up sessions. If you have a need for a 30-minute follow-up session and one is not open on my schedule, please email us and we will refer you to someone who may be available more quickly. For health emergencies, please see your veterinarian.
