We are not, nor claim to be, veterinarians or health care providers, and cannot diagnose or prescribe treatments for your animal companions. We can, however, relay symptoms and information from your pets and animal companions that may be useful for your vet and treating providers As with any healing professionals, we cannot make any guarantees, but will always in good faith follow our ethical standards and practice guides. We also advise animal communication clients that no one can offer a guarantee and pets and animal companions will always have the option or choice of free will as any living being does. We do not command pets to act or behavior in a certain way or man nor on your behalf. However, we do use our skills as mediators to negoitatie the best choices for a happy pet family and better pet wellness that is how we gain so many wonderful clients and great testimonials!

All sessions, information shared, and workshops are meant to facilitate the overall well-being of an animal. (Reiki Training workshops can also facilitate the well-being of humans.) . All written materials, lectures, discussions, question and answer sessions, references to other modalities, products, and practitioners are means to provide information through workshops and consultations. At no time is the information provided meant to replace licensed medical treatment, veterinary care, or a medical diagnosis for illness or injury. We do not perform medical diagnosis, offer medical advice, prescribe drugs, or perform surgery on any animal. Always consult a licensed medical or veterinary practitioner for medical care for the service you are seeking.

I have read and understand the above statement. I understand that this practitioner is not a veterinarian and that the consultation/treatment/therapy/advice is not to be construed as veterinary medical advice.

I hereby release and hold harmless Thom Williams, Jonquil Williams, and Animal Healings, their associates and/or their agents, from liability due to accident or damage to self or animal, and/or personal property, and from loss of property resulting during or after said consultation or workshop in the following of any suggestions, information, instruction or advice given by Thom Williams, Jonquil Williams, and Animal Healings, their associates and/or their agents.

I as owner, or agent of the owner, agree to have this consultation for animal(s) and by my payment of and participation in said consultation, give my consent and agree to adhere to all terms of this agreement and release form above.

Payments / Cancellations

PAYMENTS
Payments must be made in full and 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If a time has been agreed upon by both parties and payment has not been completed by 24 hours prior to your appointment time, Animal Healings will have to reschedule you appointment time until your payment has been fully processed. We accept all major credit cards via Paypal.com. You may sign in as a guest user on the PayPal system without an account on PayPal.com and you are subject to other terms and conditions according to PayPal.

CANCELLATIONS
We require at least 24 hours advanced notice to cancel appointment for a refund (less any PayPal transaction fees which are charged to us by PayPal.)

Scheduled consultation times are reserved exclusively for the person making the appointment, unless otherwise previously agreed upon by Animal Healings. As a courtesy to Thom and Jonquil's full schedule of healing animal commitments and to their other clients waiting for appointments, please give 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments with no notice and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the consultation fee. Appointments cancelled prior to 24 hours may be charged PayPal transaction fees charged to Animal Healings.

YOUR SESSION CALL
For your animal communication session we will call you at the scheduled time (or very close to it) at the number you have listed on your pet information form. At the session time your pets can be doing their regular routines, although it's best if they aren't too distracted.

Depending on your phone service (and whether you selected the MP3 recording option) our phone number may display as "unavailable" on your caller ID.

LIST: To make best use of everyone's time, you will probably want to prepare a list of questions or comments, in order of priority that you will want us to talk to your pet(s).

NOTES: Have supplies handy for note taking during your session as we don't provide notes for you.

MP3 RECORDING: We offer an option you may add an MP3 recording of your session which you can download to your computer, tablet or mobile player. Email us to see if there is time to add MP3 to your current session.

PHOTO? Have you sent a photo of your pet yet? Why is it important? Quite simply - it helps us connect to your pet. We have a help page on our site about attaching photos.
